"I think my favourite Japanese city has been changed from Tokyo to Osaka. Osaka is the second largest city in Japan after Tokyo but somehow I find it much more interesting and less tiring than visit Osaka"

- It's located in the center of Osaka so it's easy to get around.
- There is also a self-serve laundry facility.
- Bathrooms are equally huge, and have a shower over a large bath. In room wifi is free
- It's right next to Honmachi station on the Midosuji line, which runs north/south and links Namba and JR Osaka stations. We came here from Tokyo.
- you have to return your key every time you leave the hotel, and you are only provided with 1 key instead of
- The breakfast was also good - no hot food, but a variety of pastries, bread, yoghurt, bananas, coffee, juice, etc.
- No need for tipping. This is not a habit in Japan
- NOTE: Passing food at the restaurant table with chopsticks would inevitably recall unhappy memories, so watch where you put those things.
- Always take the tissue packets the phone company representatives hand out at train stations—the toilet paper situation in a Japanese public bathroom is usually grim.
- In Japan, eating while walking down the street is considered vulgar, as is talking on one's cell phone.
- Ohanami season is one of the most wonderful times of year to be in Japan.
