Ladies Market is arguably one of the most popular and well-known street markets in Hong Kong. Located in the heart of Mong Kok, the street stalls sell a mix of souvenirs, clothes, electronics and other knick-knacks.
The Ladies Market is open every day of the year except the first day of the Chinese New Year.

Things get going from noon and as late as midnight, if you visit early in the morning, stand/shop owners will very likely be in the process of setting up their stands and the merchandise.
Don't ever pay full price. Not even 50%, offer 20% of what they ask for.
In practice it is hard for any car or van to go along the road after 10am in the morning
