You can eat either using spoon and fork or the traditional way of just using your bare hands.
If you want to experience Northern Thai food served in a traditional Khantoke way and setting, this is probably one of the best ways of doing so in Chiang Mai.
. Suggest to arrive between 7-7:15 pm to take pictures and have enough time to eat before the start of the show.
First part of the show (approx 1 hr) starts at 8pm and the second part of the show is done in an enclosed amphitheater.

Phra That Si Chom Thong is one of the most sacred Buddhist chedis in Chiang Mai, as it enshrines Buddha’s relics, and the temple where it is located also has a ancient history, dated back to the mid 14th century. It is now where locals, and visitors, visit to pray for good lucks and prosperity.
Don't forget to pay respect inside ubosot where there is a beleive that they kept the relic of the lord buddha.
