Song Huong Hotel is located at 241 Nguyễn Đình Chiểu, Hàm Tiến, Mui Ne, Mui Ne, Vietnam
We spent 3D3N in Mui Ne. Song Huong hotel Cheap and good, rooms are big, the lady at the reception is very nice. The hotel is a few kilometers from the fairy stream, 10 k from Phan Thiet if you need to pop in for anything and the white sand dunes are 15-20 k away.
When we arrived, we just showed the address and taxi driver took us there.
We spent a half day in the spa and the service was very good.
Although located near the beach that is right across the street, the problem is that the city is located some two kilometers walk from the hotel or you can take a bus. The bus also stops in front of the hotel.
White Sand Dunes, Hòa Thắng, Bắc Bình, Binh Thuan, Vietnam
The White sand dunes is an impressive place for it makes you as being a desert with hundreds of small sand dunes.
There are many ways to get there, many hotels would see you a jeep trip to go to the dunes, it is the fast way but you will miss most of the scenery on the way. The best way is to go on a scooter, you rent one and it is about 32 KM from Mui Ne. Make this a day trip, you make a stop on the beach on the way there, stop at various snack bar for food and then you will be arriving at the Dunes.
To access the Dunes, turn right it is the best cafe of base before heading up the hill. To go on a bike its 600 000 dongs and to go on a jeep up there is 300 000 to 400 000.
The sunset is pretty much at the same time all the time. Just stop at the dunes at the entrance in Muine and follow the crowd. Its pretty fun place to be and watch an amazing sunset with friends and sands.
Ta Cu Mount is a mount located by national route 1A, 28 km south of Phan Thiết city, is a tourist attraction in Bình Thuận Province
It is about 45 km or 1 hour driving west of Mui Ne. There are local tour operators that can drive you to the mountain or you can rent a motorbike and drive yourself. If you are comfortable with driving on the roads then you can rent a bike for 120,000 Dong or $6 USD plus fuel for the day.
After passing through the town of Phan Thiet, the road turns into a big highway called, “AH 1.” Follow AH1 until there is a turn-off to the mountain on the left.
To go up here you need to get cable car ticket and all it cost about 160k dongs as of today per person. The view is impressive going up.
You will need to make some walk up the steeps to see all the Buddhas, make sure you have shoes and you don't mind to do steps.
I would say its worth getting a guided tour in order to learn more about Ta Ku mountain and the monks who lived on it
This it would be a great place to visit peacefully but I'm afraid it will become just a tourist attraction, for tourist that doesn't know anything about Buddhism leaving out as well the respect of the holy place. Please wear require attire, not shorts or anything you would wear at the beach
Po Sah Inu Cham tower group were constructed in the middle of 18th century to worship Shiva God, including three tower: Tower A, 16m tall, tower B, 13m, and Tower C, 5m.
We visted the CHam towers on the way back from Ta Cu mountain and it was worth the stop.
don't forget to bring mosquitoes spray. There are a lot of mosquitoes in VN in any season, especially during the rainy season.
After done visiting Po Sha Inu, if you continue the trail you will be able to see the place called "Lầu Ông Hoàng" (or "the Prince's Castle" or also called Banai's Hill). This site is related to many historical events.
The three temples are very close together and it took less than 1 hour to finish all the sightseeing there. The view along the hike is quite nice as the place is located on top of a hill.
suối Tiên khu phố 4, Hàm Tiến tp. Phan Thiết Bình Thuận, Việt Nam
Suoi Tien (Fairy stream) is away from 18 km of North East Phan Thiet. Local people believed it is the natural gift of Mui Ne.
Drive along Nguyễn Đình Chiểu (the main road your resort is likely on) towards the East, that means the sea will be on your right hand side when driving. You will be heading towards the real town of Mui Ne. The stream is not very far from the main resort areas, maybe just a 10 minute drive at most. There will be a small bridge that you cross (look out for it, it’s a really small bridge) and you will see the stream to your left which is meandering through a red clay / sand river bed. Stop off at the cafe just after the bridge and leave your bike with them, this will cost no more than 20,000 Dong (try offering just 10,000 though).
Do not let the water color fool you. It is a result of the chemicals in the rocks and soil.
Bring a camera for the rock formations and colors.
Near the top of the stream there is a shaded area for drinks and snacks.
It is very soft sand to walk in. Be aware ther are often some waist high deep pools that are difficult to walk around, you may have to wade thru them.
. Most of the time you are happy to go barefoot, sometimes sneakers are nice.

Mui Ne Harbor is where you can see the fishermen who come with their catches and observe the real local lives in Mui Ne.
I heard that we should get there about 6am when the boats are landing their catches and see the colourful bustle as the women sell the fish on the beach. But when we came, it was sunset and really beautiful also.
It is a small fishing village where you can sit on top and get some fresh fish/seafood ordered from the fishermen families.
Just to sit there with the locals and drink coffee in a local coffee shop while watching the action all around you is an experience probably never forgotten.
We bought some seafood from fishermen and took back the hotel. Our hotel helped us to prepare a great dinner :)
