In spite of its narrow space, the food stall is very tidy and more importantly its taste is fabulous.It is made out of vermicelli, grilled, boiled or roasted pork, vegetables, unripe papaya, cucumber,roasted peanuts and, of course, anchovy fish sauce. As the name suggests, the exquisiteness of this dish depends mostly on its anchovy fish sauce. Besides, bun mam is served with boiled young jackfruit and the special chili sauce which are trademarks of the central region.
