Tips for you
We ate here on our last night in HCMC and wished we had discovered it sooner. It's high class Asian food, served with a slight twist. We chose the 5 course tasting menu. The waiter tried to persuade us to have the 7 courses on the basis that the portions were small, but there really was plenty in the five courses. There were in fact 6 courses as we started with a complimentary duck burger 'amuse bouche'. Each of the remaining 5 courses was really two, as there were two dishes per course - and if this were London each one would be tasting course on its own. Particular highlights were the prawn pancake and the fish in coconut milk. And that that comes from an avowed meat eater! This meal was truly delicious. Obviously it's more expensive than many Vietnamese restaurants, but it is ŵell worth it.
