Tips for you
I went with the family (husband and two girls, aged 10 and 9) I agree with the other comments that it is quite expensive. In saying that, we were on holidays and quite happy to pay the amount for three hours of fun. The equipment appeared to be of a high standard and the operators were very good. The 9 year old bailed out after the first ` red' easy run, but was happy to play in the kids zone. The 10 year old made it though the next blue zone, before bailing out with her sister. It was left to the adults to complete the harder black course. We had a great time, but you certainly need a good level of fitness to do this activity. I found the hardest part was actually climbing the driveway to start the course.
