Why Womb Tokyo is special ?
Womb, opened in the centre of Shibuya in 2000, is a 1000 capacity club that spreads across four floors. The main floor is equipped with a full digital soundsystem, high-quality strobe lighting and lasers. Weekend nights often host guest artists from overseas, usually centered on techno, drum & bass and electro. Sven Vath and Richie Hawtin have played at the club in the past, though Womb also has a focus on supporting new artists from Japan as well. Since 2008, the club has hosted an annual indoor festival WOMB ADVENTURE, which attracts nearly 10,000 people for each edition.

Tips for you
In my trip to Japan, visit WOMB was a must... Great sound, the most amazing laser I´ve never seen, many ambients.... Entry fee is expensive, but normal for clubbing in Tokyo. Drinks are expensive too (as expensive as others), and beer is served on cans......not good! No dressing code, smoke allowed. In this place was shooted the film Babel.
This is one of the Best clubs in Tokyo!!!Great for house, techno and a special place for drum&bass. Three floors in here, small lounge, main dancing floor and small bar on the third.
