Reviews
So we went here because of the reviews even though it was a good taxi ride from our hotel. We arrived and greeted warmly by the hosts and presented with the rice ginger snacks (best snacks ever) we ordered two mains, spring roles and rice on the small portion and it was too much for us. Food was really good, I couldn't fault anything. Waitress sat and talked to us about our visit in Vietnam being polite and offering suggestions. So when getting ready to pay, I realised my wallet was missing and I was panicking. After searching around I realised that I had left it in the taxi. The older sister called the taxi office, my hotel to try and find the driver who picked me up. 20 minutes later the taxi driver appears and tells me he took it back to the hotel. The Family said to come back tomorrow and pay, no worries. We go back the next day and have another great meal before heading to the train station. We was then offered a free transport from the family to train station and then giving a back of goodies for the train ride!!! Hands down the best customer experience I have ever had!
We came to Trung Tuyet for breakfast, and both found ourselves pretty hungry. They have 4 options for plate sizes: small, medium, large, and extra large. We each bought a medium plate of fresh spring rolls thinking that it would be a pleasant snack. It turned out that their medium spring roll plate consists of 16 rolls, a MASSIVE portion. Prices at only $3.00, it was an incredible deal and the service was also top notch. Highly recommended!!!
We came here because we wanted some food as we had been in the train all day, and this place came highly recommended! It was easy to find as it was on the "Maps.me" app. When we arrived we were sat down and immediately given Menus. The prices were good and although the range of food was quite good I went for the generic chicken rice. We were brought out our drinks swiftly, and given a banana each and a little plate of ginger/sugar biscuits (?) to snack on while we waited. When we have our order the lady advised me to order a small plate (they offer Sm, M, L and XL) so I thought ok if she says small I'm sure it's ok. The size was massive! My dad wouldn't ace managed it! I ate as much as I could and it hardly looked like I touched it! My bf got Beef noodle soup and did quite well though didn't finish his either, though I managed to get mine to go! All together it was 160,000D for the two enormous meals and two drinks and we were both delighted!
