Really an amazing place and if you have Ali for a guide it's even more amazing.

We had a great time at the Fruit Farm today. (It was a bit of a fiasco to reach on the bus though, as the 501 bus only comes every 2-3 hours.) But the farm itself was great. There were three generations of us and we all enjoyed ourselves and learned a lot. It was fun to see all the different fruit trees and to hear about their fruits, their origin, the seasons, etc. Our guide, Ruzaidi, was especially nice and very knowledgeable about all the different species. We took my MIL who was visiting and wasn't as familiar with all the tropical fruits so it was especially nice that we got to try most of them at the end.The tour itself is about 45 minutes or so, and ends at a building that has someone making tropical fruit drinks (one free with entrance charge) and a whole buffet of fruit to sample. They were very generous and encouraged us to have as much as we'd like. And, boy, did we ever! The entrance fee is RM35 which felt like quite a bit, but as we kind of ended up having a nice fruit lunch out of it at the end, I'd surely do it again.

we love it there an don a clear day you can truly see forever! excellent fruit which you can buy and take home or just sit at the long wooden benches and eat your fruit lunch. there is an option of taking a guided tour which is extremely interesting part of the tour incl. a fruit lunch. easy going for seniors and kids

We found this place by accident because we kept going on our motorbike past the butterfly farm (which was completely overpriced) up the side of the mountain past the water reservoir. It's RM35 and totally worth it for the 30 minute, surprisingly informative tour and the ALL YOU CAN EAT FRUIT BUFFET at the end. Whoa. So tasty.

We found the Fruit Farm to be a very worthwhile visit. The guide was very knowledgeable about the types of fruits, and how each of them would be used to help certain parts of the body or ailment eg some were good for high blood pressure, circulation etc. Fruit buffet at the end of the tour was really good, as was the freshly made juice. You could pick whatever juice combination you wanted. The fruit was very fresh and you could go back for seconds if you wanted. You need to allow for between 60 - 90 mins. Might not be overly interesting for children, but I think they would cope.
