This is a great yakitori restaurant that serves delicious charcoal grilled chicken skewers. They use almost every bit of the chicken. We tried most of the yakitori on the English menu and they were all tasty. The grilled chicken liver was velvety. The negima chicken pieces and leek was flavorsome. The chicken meatball was extraordinary. It was served with a raw egg yolk as dipping sauce. You must try it. The atmosphere of the restaurant was casual. Service was friendly even though the staff didn't speak much English. Prices were reasonable. However, smoking is allowed so some of the other diners might be smoking. We had a reservation at 8:30pm on a Sunday. The restaurant was not very busy but we still recommend to make a booking in advance to avoid disappointment. It would be a good idea to book for an earlier seating as some items were already sold out when we were there. The restaurant is easy to find. It is just a few steps away from the Keihan Jingu Marutamachi station.
