I went to Tom Yum Kung three times last month and will definitely come again from time to time. I picked up this restaurant the first time as there was quite a few local people inside which is usually a good sign, and frankly I did not go wrong! The restaurant offers very nice Thai food, there's a lot of choice in their menu and mild prices. There is definitely a lot to explore before getting bored with them. Of course, you won't go there for the service which is average and a bit slow (but no big deal, better have them prepare the food on the spot rather than prepared the day before...). The atmosphere is just okay, nothing special, just a pleasant eatery.I'd definitely recommend that place to anyone who wants to have good Thai food in Phnom Penh.

Randomly chanced upon this place, and decided to dine here as it was teeming with locals (i.e. good sign). Really enjoyed the glass noodles (both beef and tomyum). Very authentic tastes, not watered down for foreigners! Fish amok was not bad as well, and much cheaper than the average Khmer restaurant. Great option if you're in the Street 278 area

We just happened to walk upon this restaurant and had a look at the menu so decided to have dinner there. We were seated in the upstairs air-conditioned section which was a nice escape from the outside heat. There was only one waiter who has to look after the whole upstairs section, so service was a little bit slower than normal. We ordered a fried rice and a Penang curry. The fried rice was a bit smaller than most of the other restaurants we've been to, but the quality of the meal was still high. The Penang curry was exceptional and would definitely get that again.
