The food was hands down the best food we had in all of duong dong town. It is Vietnamese at its base, which is really cool. But it has just the right amount of international influence to make it exceptional. The dishes are thoughtfully composed, each combining a wide range of flavours: fruity-sweet, lemonlime-sour, nutty-salty (and of course umami, if you order meat) being the cornerstones. All this is splashingly fresh and perfectly presented. We especially loved the veggie fresh rolls with tofu, which were so well balanced and juicy, they would make a great starter even for hard-core carnivores. We didn't have a reservation but were lucky and could be seated at the only available table in the garden by Juan, the owner, right away. The portions are massive compared to the other restaurants around so we could barely eat half of everything.Highly recommended!

Based on the pOsitive reviews we decided to have dinner here. First of all make sure to make a reservation. Some people came and had to leave. The restaurant is really well located with seats on the beach and in the Garden. The menu offers a good variety of food and drinks. We were a family of six and ordered different dishes without disappointment. All in all a good restaurant to pay a visit. It is just the service..... It took about 40 minutes to serve our first drinks and we had to ask about three times. Service is slow and seems to be not organized. If this restaurants is able to organise the service they will sell more drinks and also more deserts and coffees. We wasted so much time that we decided at the end to go and skip dessert and coffee and one or two more drinks would have been great. Opportunity for this place!

We ate lunch and dinner here in a span of two days and realized that this restaurant deserves its reputation. We were guests of the hotel so we were awarded priority reservations for beach table seating. There are only 8 tables on the beach so you may want to make a rez if you want to put your feet in the sand and dine next to some light waves crashing in.We had the scallops and spring rolls, the signature apps and they were all fresh, delicately prepared amd tasty. We also had the five spice pork ribs and bbq mango chicken. All were outstanding!
