Why The Landmark (Central) is special ?

The Landmark, also known as ‘Central’, is one of the oldest and most prominent shopping malls in Hong Kong, positioned between the Mandarin Oriental Hotel and office towers. Five levels of chic designer shopping offer brands that are rarely showcased elsewhere in Asia, including Diane von Furstenberg and a glittering De Beers diamonds store.

There is also a famous Louis Vuitton flagship outlet offering goods at prices significantly lower than other shops in Hong Kong. The Landmark attracts those with plenty of cash to splash at the huge collection of boutiques; there are enough exclusive brands and stylish choices to satiate even the fussiest consumer. Plus fine dining and funky eateries offer a welcome respite in which to rest those Jimmy Choos.

Landmark is a high end shopping location in Central where you can find expected upscale and luxury shopping brands, very good dining and other nice dining/bar options as well as nice seasonal Christmas decorations. The Landmark shopping area provides a familiar collection of high end brand name shops like Gucci, Louis Vutton, Burberry, Vanlentino, Chanel amongst many others. Adequate nice dining options and bars found at The Landmark as well. These include the likes of Michelin starred restaurants L'Atelier de Joel Robuchon and Amber (found in the Mandarin Oriental attachment to the Landmark shopping area. Christmas decorations are always another reason for spending time at Landmark. In the past they have had mechnical ski lift setups, snow villages with train sets and other impressive and memorable seasonal displays. Overall, Landmark is a very good shopping mall for high-end shopping. For more accessible range of shops you can also try the very good IFC shopping mall which is nearby and connected by footbridges.

If you have lots of money to spend then this is a good place to go. There are lots of shops and the mall is spacious. If you like shops Alexander McQueen, Louis Vuitton, Fends and Balenciaga then this is the place for you. The cafe is also meant to be good and there are usually queues.
