We had dinner here on New Year's Eve and it was one of the highlights of our 2-week Vietnam trip! The food was extraordinary and delicious (and we found it to be quite reasonably priced), the staff were the very definition of kind and helpful and the atmosphere is wonderful! It's a beautiful restaurant with a great view (not that we could see it that well at night), warm fireplace and great service. Our favorites (we got a series of small plates that we shared) were the ash-baked trout wrapped in banana leaves (amazing!) and the fried pork pieces (probably not the correct name, but that's what they looked like). Also, the lime-marinated pork was delicious! Everything was so you really can't go wrong. I will note that, while it's not far from the main road in Sapa town, it's a bit out of the way and I'd recommend asking directions. It can initially seem like you're going the wrong way.
