Why The Halia at Westlake is special ?
Halia (or ‘ginger’ in the Malay language) began in the one-hectare Ginger Garden of the Singapore Botanic Gardens where over 250 species of gingers with their stunning foliage and colourful flowers thrive.
In 2008, the Halia was officially opened in Hanoi. This is Halia’s first overseas outlet. In keeping with The Halia’s philosophy of creating memorable experiences through food, ambience and service, The Halia Hanoi focuses on the integral purpose of dining ~ pure pleasure. With that commitment in mind, The Halia brings to Hanoians a dining experience not found anywhere else in the capital.

Tips for you
Took a chance to have dinner at The Halia through internet reviews and I must say this place is the real deal. Service here is really top notch. Staff are friendly and very knowledgable on the menu. Food presentation is excellent, and the only reason we could not finish it is due to the fact that they were really generous with the servings. Will definitely recommend it to anyone who plans to swing by Hanoi.
The Lamb Rack is freakishly amazing. Made my eye balls roll back in their sockets. It's a must.
