Why The Green House is special ?
The Green House is the resort’s all-day dining restaurant and is based on the idea that the kitchen is the centre of the home; a place where family and friends gather. The dining room offers a comfortable and inviting atmosphere, with locally-inspired wood furnishings, warm textures and stone from the iconic Marble Mountain. Ceiling to floor windows overlook the main pool and beach and allow plenty of natural light to stream into the restaurant.
The restaurant spills out onto the terrace where diners can be seated in Vietnamese style basket boats and enjoy a view of the beach across the main pool of Hyatt Regency Danang Resort. Whether its breakfast, lunch or dinner, the cuisine has been carefully crafted to serve a ‘light’ style of fare, offering both the taste of Vietnam and the Italian highlighting the flavours and produce of these warm climate regions.

What an absolute surprise this restaurant was, having travelled to Italy in December and January I didn't think I'd be tasting the delights of Italian cuisine so soon, Chef "MARCO" and his team create a fitting menu befitting an authentic Italian experience. On the night we visited we chose a house made pasta made up with our choice of sauces, I chose cherry tomatoes , capers, onion and of course garlic and little chilli cooked with and emulsion of olive oil and the water from the pasta topped with reggiano parmiggiano. Marco imports a host of D.O.P Italian regional products including beverages, thus re creating an authentic Italian experience. Thanks to Marco and his awesome team.
Their minced prawn on sugar cane sticks are delicious as are the smoked salmon, grilled steak and oh so many more …Services are very nice!
