Why Tak Fat Beefball is special ?
Food: A shabby daipaidong style noodle vendor inside a seedy temporary market densely packed with clusters of chairs and tables, plus an open kitchen piled with several baskets of beef ball. Be that as it may, this grungy stall, according to many locals, makes arguably the best beef ball noodles in Hong Kong. The beef ball is utterly fresh and unbeatably toothsome: a delighted work for the teeth. In case you want to try all their best in one outing, ask for noodles with beef balls and beef tripe. The chili sauce is equally famous here so remember to drizzle some into the noodles before serving. The only short fall you may come across while enjoying such delicacy may as well be the lack of air-conditioning.

Tips for you
The title of the review says it all! Unlike another reviewer, I did not notice any rats running around. This place is hard to find inside the temporary market, so you should ask around for Tak Fat Beefball.
This little stall is located inside a market/hawker center in the middle of Tsimshatsui and usually will go unnoticed. This little stall serves great beef ball and mixed beef organs. Not for the faint-hearted, but this is one of those local street delicacies. Not sure how long this has been there but give it a try. Perhaps, it is a matter of time before this last hawker standing outlet will be shutdown to make place for high-end malls. Enjoy it while you can. Visited January 2014
