My first tried of pork chop bun when I visited in Macao on 7/9/2016 at Ruins St Pauls. And it's taste horrible! I had very bad impression of "Macao pork chop bun". And I doubt for Tai Lei Loi Kei serving same too. But my partner wish to give second try in fact the location is located next to Margaret Cafe. So we give second try of Macao pork chop bun after having our Portuguese tart. And seriously the bun is soft, pork is juice. And taste delicious! No doubt they have good rating in every traveler blog. Ordered standard pork chop and pineapple bun pork chop. Both is good! Will more preferred pineapple bun taste.

Now this famous pork bun has many shops in Macau. The last time we came 2 years ago it moved from this location inside near the museum further down the street. Now there's a new location in the busy market of Taipa Village you can't miss it. The pineapple pork bun is a sweet and savory in one bite. I added in the chilli oil and had a nice little snack. It's a pork bun in a strange pineapple like sweetish bun but it's hot and yummy for some reason. Maybe it's Macau maybe it's the bun but it's a definite not to be missed. The ones out side are half the price, seriously HALF the price but it doesn't taste the same, maybe it's not done with the same care. If you're here come get one just for the experience.
