The Sunflower Garden has something for everyone, with the facility also being a major amusement park for young children. The park was separated by famous characters and or flower themes. I went for the flowers and wasn't disappointed. The major restaurant was well designed and picturesque, where the banquet is good value if your in a group. We travelled in The Chinese New Year period and it wasn't overcrowded, but it was getting crowded when we left at 2.30pm. To get to the Garden from Guangzhou by public transport can be time consuming, but by a group sharing a taxi for the day is much more pleasurable. We negotiated $1,000 RMB for the day shared between four of us and we also went to Nansha Wetlands Reserve.
