I went for a massage to relax my tense back after reading the positive reviews. Dropped in without an appointment and only had to wait a few minutes. After having been to several Spas during our trip, I was pleasantly surprised by the "real spa feeling". Relaxing atmosphere, very clean and extremely professional. One of the staff helped me deciding on the kind of massage for my back and the duration (without trying to push me into the most expensive option). I opted for the 90 min sports massage and a body scrub - the massage was lovely and though sometimes on the edge of what I thought I could take, it really was the first massage that really removed some of these persistent painful knots in my back. The masseuse was very skilled and attentive and checked with me regularly regarding the right pressure level. The body scrub left my skin wonderfully soft and moisturized. The only suggestion for improvement I have is to do the body scrubs at a bed away from the fan or to turn of the air con during the body scrub as I was getting cold when the scrub was applied. Overall - excellent!

My boyfriend and I went to Sf Spa for some pampering at the end of our stay on Vietnam. We'd read good things about it so decided to drop in and we were not disappointed! I had a body wrap and pedicure and my boyfriend had the 'Recover' foot treatment. We both had back, neck and shoulder massages. We both enjoyed each treatment and they were carried out to a good standard. The staff are very friendly and professional, the spa is well presented and the services are excellent value for money. All in all a very enjoyable, relaxing experience. I would recommend it to anyone looking for a good spa in Hanoi. Thank you Sf Spa!

Things done well:Very clean; professional and clearly well trained masseuses; exceptional service; relaxing and detailed decor;Things they could work on:Honestly, this place has nothing to work on, it was great.More info:My friend and I are males in our mid-20s that have been traveling Vietnam for several weeks during the summer. On the last day of our trip, we decided to get one final massage before leaving Hanoi for the States. I get massages multiple times a year and both of us had already gotten a few massages during our trip because of how cheap they generally are. Both of us agreed that our massage at SF Spa, though a bit more expensive than our previous massages on the trip, was well worth it and still a ridiculous bargain relative to home.Although we had arrived without an appointment, they asked us to take a seat in a nice little waiting area, offered us tea or water, and had us in a room within 10 minutes. The place obviously pays attention to detail in order to ensure a relaxing and comfortable ambiance. They sat us with our feet in warm rose water before our massage, in a perfectly lit room with the perfect temperature and volume of typical spa music. They brought us a little safe box for us to put our passports, wallets, etc in, and then handed us the key on a little bracelet for us to keep during the massage. I had personally never seen this type of security before but thought it was an extra little layer of comfort that foreigners would appreciate.I typically aim for deep tissues because I like firm massages but went for for the warm stone massage (75 min, 599viet so about 30us) on a bit of a whim. I was hesitant to choose this because they're normally not firm enough but the massage was actually incredible. The stones were the perfect temperature and the masseuse was very obviously well trained. She worked in order and balanced the stone work with hand work. It was actually a bit firmer than my previous warm stone massages, which I appreciated. In either case, the masseuse kindly checked on me twice during the 75-minute massage so I had the opportunity to ask for something different if needed.Great place!
