28 Trần Phú, Phường 5, tp. Vũng Tàu, Bà Rịa - Vũng Tàu, Vietnam
This place is a fancy and outdoor 2nd floor restaurant (3rd floor is indoors), which is associated with a hotel. This place caters mostly to Vietnamese tourists from Saigon and is basically higher end, although the prices are competitive or even a bit under other comparable places. The key word is seafood, but the reason I like this place is that the servers were very pleasant (I am not Vietnamese, though I speak a bit), and seems to like my family and I (we were regulars on eight visits over the course of a month), they made a Cantonese fried rice that my kids loved and the Carlsberg beer on draught was $1./glass. And the view at sunset in the open breeze was not too bad...
