I can see why this restaurant is so highly rated and we weren't disappointed. The range of food on the menu was diverse and the staff were friendly and we're well able to explain each dish when asked. The clever fusion of herbs and spices in each course was extremely impressive. Definitely would return to the restaurant and now I just have to try to figure out how to get something near as good in Ireland.
