Pho Binh restaurant is an easy walk from Front Beach, not even half a kilometre. If you want the authentic Vietnamese breakfast experience, this is the place to visit. Get there earlier rather than later. You will share a table with others. Watch them to see how the condiments are added. There are no menus. There is no need for menus, it is a pho shop (a noodle shop), and you can only order pho. Prices range from 35,000 dong to 50,000 dong depending on the size. There is a limited variety of pho available. Pho is pronounced “fer”. If that doesn’t work, just point to someone else’s meal. The young girl knows a little English. It is a pho shop, not a coffee shop, so you can’t order a coffee with your brekky. If you are in Vietnam for authentic experiences, then do NOT miss Pho Binh breakfast shop.
