When you visit Tagbilaran City, a must go to place is Persona Mesa. Food is excellent from plating to taste. A personal fav'rite is Persona Spareribs, the meat's very tender, indeed a perfectly cooked scrumptious pork. It also comes with green rice and salad that best complement this great meal. The flavor of this green "herb" rice balances the richness taste of the spareribs. They also serve a bunch of healthy coolers like pineapple and cucumber that you can match to any meat dish you order. A good meal is never complete without dessert/s, Mango Tower's just too delish and a top choice in my list. For the price, you get the best dining experience for every cent that you pay. With regard to service, you'll be greeted with charming faces and serving time just takes 10-20 minutes. As for the restaurant's ambiance - definitely stylish, cozy and way out of the conventional restaurants. You'll see unique handmade lamps and interesting decorative pieces. Truly a great place for families and friends to enjoy good food. So, if you're in for a palate and gastronomic adventure-Persona Mesa is the best place to be.
