Tips for you
Price not cheap ... very hot and humid inside .. cannot smoke ... do bargain for your price
One pretty night bazaar it is. Located on the Pattaya 2nd road (Pattaya Saisong road), very close to Saisong 9 Alley, between this alley and Central Festival). It can easily be found for the bazaar itself is a pretty big, green color building with yellow letters on it - Pattaya Night Bazaar. If you want to buy some clothes, boots, cosmetics, trinkets, odds, this is your place. The bazaar has a number of stalls operating daily. Not only does it work during the night, though, it is pretty much open at day time, as well. I, personally, bought some sneakers back then. 890 Baht, fair price, I guess. You're not allowed to smoke there, by the way, so be advised. Though you can bring snacks with you, it's OK. To be honest, I didn't see any trash bins in the market, so don't litter, OK, and discard the trash later after the market. The only thing that made me wonder if there was something ('wrong'?) with the bazaar was that fact: when I was ready to purchase the sneakers, the seller hastily started to close the stall. When I asked her what was wrong and why almost each and every seller nearby started to shut their stalls down, too, the seller told me that the policemen had come here suddenly... She didn't bother explaining me what was wrong if police were here... Though that's what made me think, you know, if during the day, the Night Bazaar stalls are open and working, is that OK? They need a permission for that? Guess they didn't have it back then, November 2014, when I visited the Bazaar. Otherwise they wouldn't have started shutting the area down the moment the policemen were seen showing up, right? Either way, pretty nice bazaar it is. :) Bought lots of souvenirs here, myself :)
