Klo ikut tour guide, kalo ternyata dsruh kumpul jam 6 d muara angke, jadi otomatis berangkat minimal jam 5, tapi ternyata berangkat kapal ke pulau itu jam 8, jd gk usah buru2.
Berangkat kapal jam 08.00 pagi dari dermaga Marina Ancol, pakai kapal cepat shuttle boat, tarif Rp.137.500 / orang
I went to Pulau Pari based on my friend's recommendation. According to him, Pulau Pari is one of the remaining few of beautiful islands in Kepulauan Seribu (unlike Pramuka or Tidung).I went to this island to prove it myself. The story wasn't exaggerated, fortunately. The beaches are still nice and the water is clear. There are lots of mangroves around this island, which make it even more beautiful. It isn't overcrowded with people from Jakarta (although this might change in the near future). It is hard for you to get lost on its streets as there is only 1 main road there, connecting the East to the West end of the island. The locals are enjoyable to talk to, and are very welcoming. During one of the night there, our group was having difficulties finding dinner. We asked around and finally found a warung that can provide white rice with fried eggs and instant noodles. To my surprise, the owner added mutton curry to our meals, and didn't charge any extra! You don't find this kind of generosity everywhere.Activities you can have on the island:- sun bathing / reading / anything you want to do in the serene beach- snorkeling, you can do it straight from the beach near LIPI- beach volleyball- party to the dangdut music during the night :pThere are lots of travel agents that provide 2d1n or 3d2n trip to Pulau Pari. They normally cover everything: return trip using 'normal' boat (2-hour long from Muara Angke - Pari), accommodation (aircon / non aircon), meals (including bbq at night), bicycles, amd snorkeling trips around the island. It is possible, though, to arrange your own trip. My friend and I did just that, and we can still enjoy all the hospitalities that this small island have to offer in our own pace. Definitely looking forward to go back here.
last time go to Pari Island was in my college time, 30 years ago hehehe ...u can swim & snorkling, enjoy the coral that still there with many beautiful fish, seeing new mangrove vegetations will makes u happy, i think sunset even more beautiful now than before ..., must spend time at beautiful Virgin Beach, playing volley ball or just sitting & talking with friends while taking beautiful pics..., riding a bicycle around the village is quite an exercise, fresh sea air & happy feelings will be yours ... :D
This is a heaven for back-packer, it is a smaller island compare to Tidung and Pramuka with different attraction.....TIdung has more variety of coral reef, Pramuka is a turtle site, but Pari is a place for beach paradise, some even compare it with Gili Islands at Lombok. Clear white sandy beach....amazing... But do not look for a pampering resort or hotel here, what available is only a residential houses with a very limited household. No car and very rare motorcycle.....anyway you can rent a bicycle instead, definately greener and healthier. No big restaurant, but some small 'warung' are there to serve you (anyway if you buy a package to Pari Island, pls choose the full package include 4 meals a day, or bring your own food), the only junk food available is instant noodle everywhere. As other beach in Indonesia, they have a lot of stock of Young Coconut Drink which you can enjoy on the beach.
