I was really surprised to find that no one else had reviewed this market, perhaps it doesn't feature widely in tourist guides. Orussey is largely a wholesale market selling toys, grains, food, electronics...... It's an interesting experience although I didn't buy anything there. It's not really a tourist market and thus bargaining is going to be more difficult if you don't speak Khmer. As something to do though, it's worth a good fifteen minutes to half an hour to look around. It's very close to the Olympic Stadium. Perhaps visit here before heading off to the stadium to see the evening aerobics. More details at www.yourphnompenh.com/orussey-market/
