A really good experience. Definitely something you have to experience yourself to understand just how awe inspiring these sharks are. There are mixed feelings on whether they should be fed and managed like they are, as it is said to interrupt their natural annual migration patterns but with the growing pollution and environmental changes along their migration routes anyway - with the protection they're afforded by the companies that deal with the sharks, it's hard to say. I'm still 50-50 as I don't know enough about the factors involved to reliably comment on it. A great experience to swim and snorkel with them though. The resorts are all fully booked at weekends, so plan ahead to avoid disappointment.
