Why Moon Restaurant & Lounge is special ?
Situated at the heart of the Ancient town, the restaurant itself is an old building covered with moss and other time relics. The interior design is eye-catching and the service is impeccable. The few waitresses look more like sisters welcoming you home than restaurant staff. Try the juices (Tropical Storm or Mood for love) and you will have a boost for the night.
Set menu from $7.5 per person is a great deal, with typical Vietnamese dishes such as banana flower salad, shrimp spring rolls, tuna with tamarind sauce, etc. Overall the Moon is a great place for family, couples or group of friends.
How to get to Moon Restaurant & Lounge?
From Cam Chau Stadium on Tran Hung Dao, go head east on Cua Dai. Take the 1st right toward Nguyen Duy Hieu then take the 1st right onto Nguyen Duy Hieu to reach the restaurant.

Tips for you
Thuy went out of her way to recommend food for us, as we do not eat meat. What she suggested was beautiful. Very fresh and fabulous sauces that made each mouthful exquisite. In fact it was so nice the first time we have been back 3 lunches in a row and intend going for our last 3 days in hoi an. Thuy also runs a cooking school that we intend going to. Thanks from Annie and Rick
We absolutely loved eating in Moon, we visited several times. It was a big part of why we loved Hoi An so much. We were in Hoi An for a wedding, and on one of the occasions we even brought the wedding party there, and they loved it too! The food was absolutely delicious and the girl who served us was one of the best waitresses I've ever encountered, very efficient and super friendly. Definitely eat there is you are in Hoi An. And have a beer for us! :)
My partner and I were looking for somewhere to eat on Christmas night and found this little gem. It's a tiny restaurant but the waitress was friendly and sweet and the food amazing. I had pork ribs and it was one of the best meals I've ever had! By the end we were personally thanking the chef and hugging the waitress good night for a wonderful evening!
