Why Midori Sushi is special ?
MIdori Sushi has several locations. Ginza, Akasaka, Shibuya, Daikanyama and 5 other locations, None of them take reservations and the wait could be as long 90 min especially Shibuya location. So, if you are in a hurry, this place isn't for you. Also, unless you drink a lot your bill will normally be under 5,000 yen per person, but the quality of sushi is more than 5,000 yen. The pictures listed here are from the Shibuya location and this is the only location I've been to.
Most people order either Ultimate Sushi Assortment (2,100 yen) or Chef's Special Sushi Assortment (2,940 yen).
If you don't like Salmon Roe or Sea Urchin, try some Grilled Sushi.Of course, you can order piece by piece and create your own sushi assortment.
Also, the sushi assortment they serve for lunch is very reasonable around 1,000 yen.

Tips for you
Went here due to the excellent reviews on TA. There were many people waiting for a table/bar spot, exclusively Japanese persons. The lady next to us took the subway 10 stations + the 1,5 hour wait outside the restaurant due to the excellent and at the same time cheap sushi. I've never had better sushi. It just melted in my mouth. Packed with balanced flavours. I had an ordinary sized platter and payed 1600 yen for it. A total bargain!
Was taken here twice by our friend that lives in Tokyo. Both times we enjoyed the freshest and tastiest sushi from wonderful smiling employees. The scalliop sushi was absolutely incredible. First time I have ever had that delicacy. I have heard all of the Sushi Midori locations are high quality and worth the visit. Huge portions of fish atop the rice balls.
