KL is thriving with shopping complexes but Mid Valley has a strong following. One can buy anything here. From local designers to top notched boutiques. MVM is situated in central KL and closeby to the suburbs. It is crowded most days so if you want to have a great time shopping, best is to get in here by 10.00am. Some of my favorite shops is Batik Malaysia at L2, A cut above at L2, Jaya Jusco at LG, and of course the local designer shops at Level 1. In terms of restaurants, my vote goes to Penang Village, Kiku and also Dragon-I. Metrojaya is great for its household. Closeby is the gardens. For those who are driving, do try and get in by 10.00am. Start from the LG and work your way upwards. If you can, get a location map. Been visiting this place every week and still win my votes for one of the most well-managed mall.
