Reached the hotel at about 10am. The cab fare from Don Meung was about 250baht, around 40+ mins. Despite stated 2pm check in time, they allowed us to check in early (probably because they have rooms available). We booked two single bedded rooms. But at that moment only a king size bed was available. They said it in a way that it's an upgrade. Not very sure if there is a difference in room size though. The bed was really huge, can fit 3 people! Toilets and bathroom are separated; no lock, just a sliding door which isn't opaque. The sink is located outside the toilet. Cleanliness wise generally ok! Tv available in room, but most of the channel stated on the TV guides are not tuned Air con is functioning well. Take note the bottled mineral water in the fridge are charged at 20baht per bottle. Staffs are very helpful and friendly! We couldn't figure out how to use he safe box a few times and they gladly helped us. When you used up the toilet roll, just give them a call and they will come up with a new one for you. Due to our late night flight, we tried asking if we could check out later. The latest time was 1pm as they needed to prepare the room for next customer. They were fully booked. I guess they would have allowed if there were vacant rooms. We left our luggages in front of the counter, they were very nice to tied all the handles together in one string. And when we requested to put our bags there with our belongings, they gladly took it and even put it in their office. Very good service! The location wise is a bit of the alley. But there are a lot of hotels around so relatively safe! Always have tourist walking along the alley. There are a few stalls down stairs of hotel as well. That sells noodles drinks and toast. Very simple and humble stall which sells good food! Few mins walk down are whole stretch of massage places! Place is very near platinum mall as well. All in all a very pleasant experience!

We travelled to Bangkok to celebrate our first anniversary of relationship. At first we found no availability of room shown in the hotel website during our travel period but luckily the hotel manager kindly released the reserved room for us. We are satisfied with the good location of this hotel. There is 7-11 convenient store nearby to settle our midnight hunger. Besides that, the room is well-equipped especially the king-sized double bed which is comfy for us. However, the toilet needs an improved ventilation as it was smelly when the ventilator was on. A note for female travelers, please take a cab back hotel directly at night as the alley is quite quiet and might be dangerous.
