Why La Vie Bar is special ?
La Vie Bar With over 130 different wines including 10 new varieties every month available from Chile, France, America, Spain, Italy, Argentina, and New Zealand, and a menu featuring a selection of pastas, salads, breads, and cheeses, Ile de Vin proved to be a great place to visit.
La Vie is a local hangout for foreigners and caters to the crowd in New Jeju City (Shin Jeju). The establishment has many events; such as quiz nights, open mics, and more. This is the place where everyone knows your name or they soon will. Stop in for a domestic beer or imbibe in something foreign.
La Vie’s menu is simple and features western favourites including what could well be the best hamburger on Jeju (at 6000 won)
Their menu also includes sandwiches like Roast Beef, Spicy Chicken, and Avocado and Cheddar (all at 6000 won or less) and a reasonably priced nacho plate, chips and salsa, or crackers and tuna to go with that beer or bottle of wine. Vegetarian items include Sambal Tofu and a Vegetarian sandwich
It is a good place to catch a bit of peace from the thumping centre of Seomyeon.

If you drop on a Thursday evening after 9:30, and you’ll find yourself surrounded by excited people huddled around full tables whispering answers to trivia questions. It’s Quiz Night, inspired by an event of the same name in Brown’s home town Homer, Alaska- and it’s popularity is growing along with the pot of prize money contributed by players each week.Events
