Why Kyoto Takabashi Honke Daiichiasahi is special ?

Kyoto Takabashi Honke Daiichiasahi is one of the few eateries open in the early morning. The ramen here was really good, the soup base was savoury and flavorful, the char siu was very tender and tasty without any gamey flavour and the chopped scallions not only adds some crunch to the ramen but also gave it with a tint of fresh onion flavours. The chukamen noodles are smooth, slight, soft and it doesn’t stick to the teeth. This restaurant still opens at night, you can enjoy a late supper. This restaurant is well-known for ramen.

There are numerous ramen shops around town, and there are a few that produce queues, and this is one of them. It's easy to find this place because there will probably be a line out the front, it even has a line out the front in Google Street View, and you'll probably line up, and you'll probably wonder if you should go somewhere else, but you should remain strong and wait because the ramen inside is pretty good. The meals are hearty and if you're in line you'll probably get your order taken whilst waiting, so by the time you sit down it's only a short wait until it's in front of you.
