This is a big and interesting mall. I spent the whole day there with my family, we shouldn't go there on weekends because there will be no more parking space and its crowded in the mall. On weekdays there will not be a lot of people. On the top floor there are many rides and shooting games. I love that place because we won't get bored and we're going to like it. It is the biggest mall in Taiwan. There are many spaces in each room in The Wheels. Sometimes the view is good but the pollution in Taiwan made the sky full of fog. The Big eye is expensive and has bad view so i recommend you not to go on to the wheel unless you really want to. In the mall it is really good there are good foods and shops.

You can reach this place via MRT, getting off at Kaisyuan Station. From there, transfer to a free shuttle bus which brings you to this huge shopping mall. (When you return, just take the same shuttle bus which will bring you back to the MRT station) The mall is basically just like any other mall with the usual brandnames and a food court. Taiwan is not specially renowned for great shopping unlike Hong Kong and Singapore, but I would imagine this place to still be a great place for the locals to get everything, or almost everything, they need all under one roof. One thing for sure is that this mall lives up to its reputation as a very big mall indeed, considering the amount of walking I had done when inside. Good thing was that there were benches around where I could sit and rest in between walks
