Why Kai Kee Noodle Restaurant is special ?
Kai Kee Noodle is a Chiu Chow restaurant in Tsim Sha Tsui, Hong Kong. Kai Kee is a restaurant that operates like a typical Hong Kong cafe. The menu consists of mainly Fishball noodles. Their version of Fishball noodles is different from one that you would see here in Hong Kong. It is cooked in a rich and flavourful soup, very much like your wanton noodles with soup.
If getting technical, then Kai Kee Noodle may not count as a fish ball place—it specializes in deep-fried fish slices in soup—but this flavorful, crispy variation is too good to overlook. Deep-fried to order, the fish slices come with a crispy exterior and a well-seasoned fish paste inside that’s just slightly sweet. The broth isn’t anything to go on about, but the fish slices more than make up for it.
Must try dishes :

Deep-fried Cuttlefish Balls with Seaweed

Another hole-in-the-wall for you to try, Tsim Sha Tsui, Kowloon :) You must try the following dishes: 1. Fried cuttlefish balls with braised soy noodles 2. Pork Chop rice in onion sauce Portions are small so if you have a big appetite, this may not be the place for you. But then again, you can always top up your order! Trust me, FOOD IS YUMMY :P
A must try is their fried cuttlefish balls with noodles (dark sauce) ~, very good taste.
