I have eaten Chinese congee all my life and make a pretty good version myself, but this knocks any I've had before out of he ballpark. It a simple humble dish but the flavours are amazing the delicous pork balls and that faint smoked flavour from the cooking coals make this congee so special.A cracked egg quickly cooks just enough in the hot broth to enhance this dish to another level. This dish was the highlight of our latest trip to Bangkok .Bangrak is a foodies heaven .
