Reviews
My friends and I had a fantastic time getting our hands 'dirty' in our spectacular cooking class. We were all very involved in the process and the food turned out fantastic.
We spent around 1 hour with our teacher Phap at the market - he showed us the freshest food, let us smell and taste different herbs and he could answer all the questions we had. After this little tour we spent about 3 hours in the open kitchen of herbs and spices. It was great that we could prepare the food on our own!! It was so much fun and the food tasted like in heaven! Phap was a very friendly, patient and fun to be with teacher with a big knowledge about food, preparation skills and how to teach everyone on their level of cooking. We' d definitely recommend this cooking class to everyone who is interested in Vietnamese food. The small groups (2-8 people) and the 3 different menus (you can choose one at the time of booking) are further advantages of this class.
