Tips for you
Yokohama China town. Heichinrou is one of the most famous Chinese restaurant in Japan with 120 years history. Dishes are excellent. They don't use MSG, so it's very healthy and delicious.
Went here for lunch on Sunday without a reservation and were told we would have to wait about ten minutes. It turned out to be a little longer, but they have a policy of giving you a credit on your bill for making you wait. Started with a glass of Moët and Chandon (Dom Perignon is also available by the glass) at a very reasonable price. Then I went to the tasting menu of three glasses of Chinese wine. Wife and daughter ordered the food: crabmeat soup, Peking duck, roast pork, stir fried spinach (without garlic), ending up with three types of dessert. All were very good, and the service in particular was excellent. Highly recommended for any visit to Yokohama.
