Well, this will be short. This is by far the cleanest, biggest, and most well-stocked hot pot that I have ever been to. I like watching then use squeegees to clean the table with actually soap! Haha! I know I'm weird. The service is the best in all of China for a chain type restaurant. Only, maybe a five star hotel would be better. There is a crazy amount of choices for food, and everything is done on an iPad, with pictures, so foreigners are able to read it. No need in telling what you should get, because there is too much variety. If you are wanting the hot pot experience without the hassle of the normal filthy hot pots, then this is your choice. It is very close to West Lake, and is remarkably easy to find. Fifth floor above the McDonalds. The only problem with this place is that it is very expensive for a hot pot. My wife and I usually pay around 300 to 400. Then again, she always orders way too much! But if want cleanliness, amazing service, and great food, then sometimes you have to pay in China.

Such a good idea! You can cook your meal in Haidialo. First you choose the base and than the irgedients. You pay for every elemnt separetely. It's not very chip but the joy is worth it! Our meals tasted good, we tried two different basis. The staff was very kind and helpful. It is a bit hard to find the place and sometimes you have to wait for a table.
