As an person of 100% Italian heritage who grew up eating home made Italian food, this restaurant was a home away from my childhood memories. Most dishes were very well made, as the Italian owner trains and oversees the kitchen staff - he occasionally still cooks. He is a bit grumpy but I found him likable as I ate their often and got past the frustrations he has with doing business with Vietnamese. They are lovely people, but can drive one mad in business dealings. He needs a vacation, is all. The staff is well trained. When I return to live in Vung Tau, I will eat there again and at We Taste Fresh. My two favorite restaurants.
