Reviews
We spent 3 days in Tagbilaran, and had two meals at Gerarda's. No need to look for other restaurants when you have found one that serves such excellent Philippino dishes. We were introduced to a greenery we've never heard about - the Bohol-famous Uni-kinampay - a root fruit with violet color - quite a new experience. For sea-food lovers the braided fish and the cameron rebosado were really crisp and tasty. The interior was very pleasing with elaborate woodwork and tables with inlaid decor. Really nice. It we ever come back to Bohol, we'll be sure to visit again.
Seafood kare2 is an absolute must-try w/generous portions of crab & fish, the dinakdakan had the right amount of crispiness, & contrary to other reviews the wait staff were very receptive (esp Jade!).
