Kushikatsu (deep-fried skewer) is, beside Okonomiyaki, the most popular local food in Osaka, and Kushikatsu Daruma is without doubt the best restaurant of this specialty. For whom that cannot decide what to order, there are some set menus. Remember that you are allowed to dip your skewer into the sauce only once. Don't forget to take a souvenir picture outside the restaurant.

They have English menus! Order one of several different ones, then more of the one you liked or something different. Quail's egg, whitebait, asparagus, mushroom as well as the pork were all good
