The project was envisioned to have a market, a recreational center, an international school, and a 27-hole golf course called the Ciputra Golf. All of that came true in a span of a few years with even more recreational venues beyond the original imaginings. Its latest addition is the Ciputra Waterpark, which is the biggest water park in Indonesia.
