French Crepe Thai Pancake Vendor sells the best Roti Pancake. The Roti man that parks his little motorbike (complete with grill, sauces, bananas, coconut, etc) at the corner of the beach to serve the customers go by.
For around 50 baht you can have a decent plate of crispy roti with fillings of your choice drizzled with condensed milk and chocolate! It is heavenly.
You can try the normal chocolate with bananas, Nutella with banana, Nutella with banana and coconut. They are all perfectly crispy and well cooked every single time. There are savoury options available as well (mostly using Kraft Singles)
