I would say more than average but less then very good. Let's go with "GOOD"! Location : Well situated! Surrounded by restaurants, shops, massage places, ATM only a few feet away. It's in Ko Ratanakosin district only 10 minutes walking distance away from river (Chao Phraya) and boats (if you need to catch a boat). Only 2 streets away from famous Khoasan road (where the street is filled with tourists, music, restaurants, bars, street food, shops and people ready to party)! Also only a few minutes away from Ramittri road : lively but not as loud as Khoasan road. Hotel : Clean. AC. Beds are comfortable. Nice and welcoming. Water bottles in room. Information desk downstairs available for questions, tours, shows, tickets, bookings, etc! They are so great !! Very helpful and patient. :)))) Downside - Wifi not always available in room must go in hall (depends how far away the room is from the router). Walls are thin so you can hear people in hall and sometimes in the room beside but with ear plugs excellent night sleep - not too much of a problem. I stayed there for 5 nights .. After night #2 they began to be quite rude at reception. No smile. Looking at phone while answering questions. I would say just very impolite..Even when you say Hello and ask how they are ... Barely look up. There's 2 very nice at reception and 2 who were quite unpleasant. I would still recommend this place. Note : it's the furthest district out from Sukhumvit so must make sure taxi puts meter !!! Taxi cheaper then tuk-tuk ;)
