Why Dream Weavers is special ?

It is located directly beside Monument Books, on the other side of a street. The shop is non-profit, supporting women to leave the sex trade, and they sell some truly beautiful scarves, as well as bags, wallets and wood carvings. There are a couple looms set up in the shop, and sometimes you can see women weaving textiles. It is such a good cause, and the woman working there are very sweet and friendly

They have a good selection of scarves, purses, lamps, lampshades... Everything has price tags and the prices are fair. If you buy somethings here you can be sure that your money benefits Lao people and local artisans.

I stumbled upon this little shop as I was wandering aimlessly around Pakse. It is such a good cause, and the woman working there was so sweet, it is well worth checking out.
