Why DJ Station is special ?
The main attraction in Soi 2, DJ Station is famous, and has long been a favourite haunt among both local and international dancing queens. With a selection of the latest and trendiest beats, DJ Station is 'the' place to be for the hip crowd. An entertaining mini cabaret show launches the fun around 23:00 most evenings.
At 11.30 PM they always have a dragqueenshow and then the place is packed with both Thai boys and tourists. Very cruisy place and if you like Thai boys/men, you come to the right place, but there are a lot of tourists as well. The party goes on untill 03.00 and a lot of T-shirts will be out by then. During the week the entrance is 100 Bath (2 euro), but you get a (any) drink for that. All the drinks are 100 bath, so you have a cheap evening and a lot of fun!

Tips for you
DJ Station is an institution in itself and has deservedly gained a favourable reputation amongst the gay community in Bangkok and beyond. I have been going for years and always thoroughly enjoy the tangible electric atmosphere and buzz of the place. At 11.30 pm the night's proceedings open with a drag show which, unlike other 'caberet' shows in Thailand, is highly amusing, original and daring. The big ladyboy has a name all to herself! After midnight the show ends and the dancing begins. The place throngs with cute gay Thai guys parading around with their tops off! There is a noticeable farang contingent but don't worry because they are still outnumbered by Thai guys!On the downside, however, there has recently been an influx of freelance money boys touting for trade. Also the condition of the building is beginning to look quite old and shabby. I feel that it is time for a refurbishment and then a relaunch before the place loses that unique magic
