Cafe/bar: bottom floor is a really chilled out bar and coffee shop. The mojitos are the best drink I've ever had at an amazing price. We had people from other hostels come over just to try them. All fresh fruit with quality liquor. Coffee is great and fresh as well as the shakes. They've used recycled materials to create a really cool and modern looking bar and once the mood is right, someone suggests karaoke and the place small stage becomes obvious. Amazing fun! Hostel: The hostel itself consists of 2 floors. 2nd floor has a few 6 bed dorms and third floor is for 2 and 3 bed private rooms. In low season it's $4-5us no matter what room so you can get a private room for dirt cheap. The beds are brand new memory foam mattresses so they are very comfortable. No need for air-conditioning, its Dalat and it never gets super hot. Rooms are comfortable and there's abundant plugs in the private rooms. On the third floor there's a really cool chill space that overlooks part of the city. Food: For 40k dong you can get a huge family style meal with the owners that's diverse and serves typical Vietnamese food. Quite good. But splurge a little and get the BBQ dinner! Phenomenal! Prawns, pork, beef, veggie skewers all grilled over a charcoal bbq right in front of you. Delicious! Service/owners: Highlight of this place is the 4 owners. Ranging degree of English but all of them are genuinely amazing people. They will go to any lengths to help you and make your experience amazing. I damaged my foot playing soccer and needed to go to the hospital. One of the owners worked at the hospital and helped me get x-rays in 10min flat. FOR FREE! They helped us carry our bags 100m down to main road and scootered me around whenever I needed help. By far an amazing experience and 5 stars all around.
